These terms govern your use of CretanGuide to browse, book and pay for tours, car rentals and transfers in Crete. By completing a booking, you agree to them.
1. What CretanGuide is
CretanGuide is a booking marketplace. Every tour, car rental and transfer listed on the site is offered and carried out by an independent local provider, not by CretanGuide itself. CretanGuide processes the payment, confirms the booking, and passes it on to the provider.
2. Bookings & payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include any extras you select. Payment is collected in full online at the time of booking through our payment provider (Stripe). A booking is only confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation terms vary by listing and are shown on the tour, car or transfer's own page before you pay. If a slot you paid for turns out to be unavailable, you're refunded automatically.
4. Provider responsibility
The provider is responsible for delivering the service you booked (the tour, the vehicle, the transfer). Contact the provider directly for questions about your specific booking; contact us for anything related to payment or the platform itself.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here is the one in effect.
